Paolo Ferrarese is a manager with over 25 years of experience in the HR sector.
He currently holds top-level positions as Managing Director and Board Member at e-work spa, Chairman of e-work HR Company Poland Sp. z o.o., Member of the Board of LWP Ledermann Wieting & Partners SA, and CEO of ISIDE Istituto Internazionale Documentazione Economica.
He has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Milan-Bicocca. His academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Naples Federico II, an MBA from the Institute for Business Management and Administration/STOA’, and a diploma in Classical Guitar from the Conservatory of Perugia.
