Morena Ferrari Gamba

A graduate of the Ecole de Cadres en Administration et Direction d’Entreprise (ECADE) and several advanced training courses, she has nearly forty years of experience as an executive, first in her family business in the construction and real estate sector, and later at Fidinam Holding in the fiduciary, legal, and commercial sector, as well as in corporate consulting in the field of Human Resources. For over 20 years at LWP as a Senior Partner, she assumed the Presidency of LWP and e-work Switzerland in 2023. Her education and diverse career have further expanded the range and capacity of support offered to companies and professionals, with a specific focus on Head Hunting, Executive Search, and innovation in HR services. Her professional skills are combined with a strong social and cultural sensitivity (politically active, she chairs several cultural associations). Her deep knowledge of the cantonal and national context makes her a point of reference for both local and international companies.
