With over thirty years of experience in the sector, she leads the team with passion and vision, contributing to the growth and success of the Group.
Her skills in recruitment, talent development, union relations management, and organizational well-being make her a point of reference for the Group’s employees.
Elisabetta Persico serves on the Board of Directors of several companies within the group, both in Italy and abroad, as well as on the Board of Fondazione Pino Cova, part of the e-work group, committed to promoting social inclusion and providing new opportunities to the most vulnerable segments of the population.
