Carlotta Dragoni is a Project Consultant and Occupational Psychologist with solid experience in the human resources and organizational development sector. She currently designs and delivers tailored HR consulting services, such as Assessment Centers, Development Centers, organizational climate analysis, and experiential team building.
Carlotta holds a degree in Social, Economic and Decision Psychology and a Master's in Work Psychology and Human Resources Development. Since 2022, she has been licensed as a psychologist and is registered with the Order of Psychologists of Lombardy.
Her passion for psychology and interest in understanding organizational dynamics have led her to integrate specialized skills and in-depth knowledge, with the aim of supporting companies in effectively managing professional development paths and facilitating organizational change.
